Back on track with this now, the mould for the M3 has now been made, it's White and squidgy! Hehe
1st prototype is going to be made tonight, I think I can get about 5-6 knives out of every tub of rubber I have, so looking at £15-20. Will be doing a package with the leather scabbard if people needed one, will work out how much extra that would be.

I'm interested in an M3 and scabbard too.
Any news on these mate? as I am interested in one or if the Fabian Stykes are still on the drawing board?

How are you thinking of doing them ? I used to make live role playing weapons for a living a long time ago, so I have an extensive range of experience in foam, latex and squidgy stuff. I have played around with making some LARP style WW2 knives and they have come out OK, but I'm not happy with the quality. So I am in no way trying to muscle in on your act here, but I'd be happy to contribute some advice if it's useful. The world of LARP has spent the last 2 decades trying to perfect the art of making safe rubber weaponry, and while my knowledge of airsoft guns still leaves something to be desired, my knowledge of rubber bladed weapons is second to none ![]()

You should work for Ann Summers!

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!
Right, going off a website in the US where we can buy rubber knives, I was proposing in putting in a bulk order... meaning shipping would be less for the individuals.
Emailing the chap now about shipping, can you reply to this post with what you would like, I'll make the cut off last thing this Sunday.
As for prices, they are as follows:
M3 Fighting Knife: $30
Fairbairn Sykes Dagger: $30
US M1 Garand Bayonet: $35 (friction fit)
K98 Bayonet for all those Jerries: $33
US 1918 Trench Knife: $33
All plus a proportion of the shipping to the UK depending on how many of you want them. I'll update the list when folk post.
Without sounding rude, I'll only get them for responsible people over 18 years old, something about supplying imitation knives for youngsters isn't going to be doing me any favours

right put us down for an m1918 trench knife. Cheers P

I'd interested in a 1918 Trench knife aswell. Price/discount depending. When i looked into it, shipping was hugely expensive.
M3 and a K98 for me. Also if you can find a cheap m3 scabbard to go with that would be good.
cheers
P
isn't the M3 scabbard for the M1 bayonet? I think the M6 scabbard is for the M3 knife.
Think he meant scabbard for the m3 ![]()

Hi Matt,
I'd definitely like an M1 bayonet for the Garand (and possibly an M3.)
Cheers
